We first met Anna Ashton in 2018 when she valued our property for rental. Later she assessed it for our insurance valuation purposes. Anna’s professionalism and down-to-earth approach made her Estate Agency the only choice when we decided to sell the property. Her team dealt with everything smoothly, efficiently and in a timely manner. Rebekah did the valuation and had the property advertised the same day on 22nd December 2021. We had viewings immediately with Trevor doing the viewings jointly with Rebekah. The final purchasers’ offer was accepted on 12th February 2022….only 6 weeks (excluding Christmas holidays) later. Vikki and the office team kept close contact with the buyers and their solicitors (who really needed monitoring and ‘gee-ing up’) until completion on 29th April 2022, 11 weeks after offer acceptance. 17 weeks, excluding Christmas, from advert to money received.
